As a solo practitioner, I manage my schedule entirely through this system and am not able to accommodate individual booking requests. There is free patient parking and entrance is located at the rear of building.

Accessibility: This location has limited accessibility. Entrance to the building requires an ability to climb 4 stairs. There is no railing or ramp provided.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of drug-free, non-invasive gentle manual manipulation that focuses on total body health. By focusing on the framework of the body (joints, spine and muscles), it has a positive influence on the functionality of the body's systems (nervous, circulatory respiratory, lymphatics), optimizing the body's ability to heal itself.

Josh Terrey Osteopathic Practitioner

Josh Terrey is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who has dedicated nearly two decades to the health and wellness field. He holds a Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, having completed their rigorous four-year program.  Currently, Josh is furthering his knowledge of osteopathy through post-graduate studies with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy located in the United Kingdom and the Biodynamics of Osteopathy curriculum by James Jealous, D.O. 

His educational background also includes a Degree in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Health Promotion. In addition to his formal education, Josh maintains certifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and numerous certifications with Functional Movement Systems (FMS). These certifications underscore his commitment to comprehensive patient care. Driven by a passion for helping patients move well and feel better, Josh combines his extensive training with a compassionate approach to offer holistic health care. His dedication to continuous learning ensures that his clients receive the highest standard of osteopathic treatment.
