Josh Terrey is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with two decades of experience in the health and wellness field. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of human movement, structure, and the body’s capacity to self-regulate when given appropriate support.
Josh is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and holds a Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMSc.). He continues to advance his osteopathic training through postgraduate studies with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy in the United Kingdom, where he is working toward Fellowship, as well as with the Center for Traditional Osteopathy, where he is studying the Biodynamics of Osteopathy Curriculum developed by James Jealous, D.O.
Prior to studying osteopathy, Josh earned a degree in Kinesiology and a diploma in Health Promotion. He also maintains certifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and holds multiple certifications through Functional Movement Systems (FMS). This background allows him to integrate osteopathic principles with a practical understanding of movement, load, and adaptation.
In practice, Josh takes a thoughtful, attentive approach to care, focusing on how the whole system is functioning rather than chasing symptoms in isolation. His commitment to ongoing study reflects a belief that good treatment begins with careful listening — to both the patient and the body.
Josh works with patients across the lifespan, from infants and children to adults seeking support for long-term health, movement, and overall well-being.
